When it comes to training and people development Jam People stand out from the crowd

In 2006 the Volkswagen Group UK Ltd embarked on delivering an ambitious learning and development strategy in support of delivering the business vision of Inspiring Leaders, Great People Managers and Engaged Employees.

We decided to work with a small number of specialist L&D experts and began a partnership with JAM Development to design and deliver the Management Development Programme and a number of core skills programmes supporting the development of skills in presenting, maximising personal impact, managing projects and influencing.

Julie Metcalf from JAM has been integral in building and maintaining the partnership with the Group and has an excellent understanding of the challenges of the business. JAM has given us flexibility in approach, innovation in design, and consistent high scores in our delegate satisfaction surveys.

Numerous teams within the business have engaged JAM Development Training Consultants to deliver their team events and also to coach individuals. We are very much looking forward to working with JAM to deliver the L&D strategy for 2009.
