Stuart is an experienced development consultant, with over 25 years experience of designing and delivering bespoke learning interventions. His programmes have an emphasis on facilitated and experiential learning. Stuart is also an experienced coach. His particular areas of interest are:

• Leadership Development - from understanding what Leadership means to the behaviours that support it at individual and group level. Using a combination of tools and techniques, including psychometric tools, to help individuals understand their personal style, its impact and what their development needs might be as they progress.
• Team Dynamics - helping teams to understand how they work, what doesn't work and how to fix it. Team events take various forms depending on the experience and specific needs of the team involved.
• Organisational Management - helping organisations to identify the gaps in the Organisational structure, processes and procedures and building and delivering solutions in those areas.
• Career Development - Stuart is the co-author of 'Be Your Own Career Consultant' and runs workshops and coaching clinics on how to manage your career better within the organisation you are working in.

Stuart delivers with great passion and empathy to his clients. This enables him to build great relationships with his clients and his delegates and, as a gifted presenter, he uses this to help them discover new ways of thinking and working.

Stuart is qualified in MBTI - Myers Briggs Type Indicator and is a Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (RMAS) Graduate.
